Điều kiện để làm visa:

The conditions for making the visa:

      - Economization account or the payment account in the bank confirming the rest amount(with the least value of 100.000.000 vnd/customer)

      - Business license +tax bill of the nearest monthes(if the customer having the business, buying selling)
      - House property, land or leasing contract, land, xar(if the customer having house, land, car for lease)
      - Permanent residence identity photocopy.
      - Marriage certificate if the customer got married.
      - The baby born certificate(if the customer has the baby following), The permit paper signed by the father(mother) confirms the permit of the mother(father) allowing the baby to go on the tour + the baby maternal school confirmation.
Hộ chiếu phải còn thời hạn trên 6 tháng tính đến ngày về.Trẻ em dưới 15 tuổi , phải có bố mẹ đi cùng hay người được ủy quyền phải có giấy ủy quyền , được chính quyền địa phương xác nhận do bố mẹ cung cấp, đi cùng.
The passport has to be under the date using limit (above 6 monthes, calculated until the return date). Children under 15 years old, have to get the following of their parents or of the persons having the authorization, gived by their parents, confirmed by the local government. 
Đối với Quý khách từ 70 tuổi đến dưới 75 tuổi, yêu cầu ký cam kết sức khỏe với công ty. Quý khách từ 75 tuổi trở lên , yêu cầu phải có giấy xác nhận đầy đủ sức khỏe để đi du lịch nước ngoài do bác sỹ cấp và + giấy cam kết sức khỏe với công ty. Khuyến khích có người thân dưới 60 tuổi(đầy đủ sức khỏe) đi theo. Ngoài ra, đối với khách trên 75 tuổi, khuyến khích đóng thêm phí bảo hiểm cao cấp( phí thay đổi tùy theo tour). Không nhận khách từ 80 tuổi trở lên.
For the customer from 70 years old to under 75 years old, it is acquired to pledge his health to the company. The customer more than 75 years old, he(she) is acquired to have the confirmation of enough health for going on the tour, signed by the doctor in the hospital treating his health by insurance +health pledge confirmation to the tour company. He(she) is encouraged to be followed by a relative under 60 years old(having enough health). Furthermore, for the customer above 75 years old, he(she)is encouraged to pay the high level insurance(the cost changed by tour). The tour company don't receive the customer above 80 years old.
Đối với Quý khách mang thai, xin vui lòng báo cho nhân viên bán tour ngay tại thời điểm đăng ký để được tư vấn thêm thông tin. Không nhận khách mang thai từ 5 tháng trở lên vì lí do an toàn cho khách.
For the pregnant customer, please announce to the tour seller right in the registration moment, for more consultance. The tour company don't serve the more than 5 monthes pregnant customer under her own security.
Đối với khách quốc tịch không phải Việt Nam, có visa vào Việt Nam 1 lần, làm visa tái nhập Việt Nam: tự túc.
For foreigners, nationalized other than Vietnam, having the Vietnam entry visa 1 time, the foreigner has to make the re-entry Vietnam visa himself.
Khi đăng ký tour du lịch, Quý khách vui lòng đọc kỹ chương trình, quy định. Nếu quý khách không trực tiếp đến đăng ký tour mà do người khác đến đăng ký cho mình, thì Quý khách vui lòng tìm hiểu kỹ chương trình, quy định, do người đó đem về.

5) Circadian incubation is a single stage protocol that includes periodic stimulation, by increasing temperature during certain sensitive periods of embryonic development. The term circadian literally means “ about a day” as it derives from the latin(circa=about and dies=day). Circadian thus refers to daily biological rhythms observed in most organisms, such as the day night rhythm in body temperature. The biological rhythms, also called the circadian or biological clock, are essentioal for regulating the daily metabolic rhythm and other physiological functions. In constrast to nature, embryos hatched in a convential incubator are not exposed to a daily rhythm. This changes when the circadian incubation technique is implemented.
To understand day old chick robustness, we need first to understand the development and maturation of physiological systems in the embryo. Embryonic development comprises a number of complex physiological interactions between cells and groups of cells, best understood by simply observing the development that takes place in different phases. The first phase of development is called the Differentiation Phase. This is when the different embryonic structures and premature organ fields are determined and differentiated. The second phase-the growth phase- is so called because this is when the different organs and tissue grow to their final structure and size. Not only do the organs and tissue grow to their final form, they also acquire the capability to function physiologically, although at this point they are not yet integrated into a physiological control system. The third and final phase of embryonic development is known as the Maturation phase, characterized by the maturation of physiological functions and the development of integrated physiological and endocrinal controlling systems.Embryonic development is a continuouse process. Each embryonic phase overlaps, while the embryo moves gradually from an embryonic state to that of a hatchling. Normal post natal performance is only possible when functional maturation of the organs and fine tuning of the integrated physiological circuits have taken place, during the final days of incubation. A good example of an “integrated physiological circuit” is the thermoregulatory system, which controls body temperature in the late stage embryo, and the chicken. Organs involved in thermoregulation-such as the hypothalamus, thyroid, and pituitary gland-develop and grow during the mid-period, of growth phase, of incubation. Final maturation of the thermo regulatory systems, however, occurs during the last days of the maturation phase in the embryo and the first days post hatch.
A the embryo develops after fertilization, the number of cells increase- and these cells become differentiated as each adopts the characteristics of its ultimate restricted fate. Some cells grow to form muscle tissue, while others become part of the skeleton. The differentiation of cells is the result of differential gene expression: muscle cells express genes for contractive proteins while bone cells produce proteins that can bind calcium, for example. This differential gene expression is the fundament of the three phases of embryonic development-and the differential activation and expression of genes has formed a key focus for research and publication in the firld of developmental biology.
A term often used to explain embryo environment interaction is epigenetic adaptation: the study of how changes in gene expression patterns mediated by the environment can cause variations in phenotypes.
In poultry research, the idea that the embryo can be acclimatised to a certain trigger for better performance later in life is becoming more widely accepted. Currently, the most studied trigger for epigenetic adaptation is the exposure of the embryo to brief periods of high or low temperature. Critical periods, when the embryo is prone to thermal adaptation, have been found during the early phase is being induced-and again in the later phase of development, when the organs and physiological systems mature.
A four day thermal manipulation during the differentiation phase has been shown to influence the proliferation of muscle type cells in turkey embryos, to subsequently and positively affect post hatch muscle development. In the chicken, short periods of increased temperature from embryonic days 4-7 encouraged embryonic movement and activity, promoting leg and muscle growth in the embryo. Broiler embryos can be thermally conditioned during their final days in the setter, such that they achieve tolerance to heat challenge at an early age in the farm, thus altering postnatal growth. Short periods of cold exposure(60min at 15oC) at days 18 and 19 of embryonic development shows an improved performance at 38 days of age.
Long lasting adaptation occurs when periodic thermal manipulation is applied during the last part of the maturation phase, when the integrated circuits for the thermoregulatory system are well developed and therefore most responsive to training. Thermal manipulation during this late phase in the setter and hatcher shows an improvement of 1.5%on hatchability, a 2.9%improvement in male growth and improved feed conversion: all indications of enhanced robustness in the day old chick.

Seawater is pressurized and fed to a system that contains semi-permeable membranes. Clean water permeates through the membranes while dissolved minerals, such as salt, and organic substances are retained by the membranes. This results in two water streams: one of clear, desalted water and one of reject water that continuously flushes the concentrated salt solution out of the membrane system. -If the number of clears is above acceptable or allowable standards, perform egg analysis, to distinguish betwween infertility and early embryonic death
-Consider candling followed by egg analysis between day 7-10, as a more reliable means of measuring true fertility
-Analyse a minimum of 10 fresh, un incubated eggs on a regular basis when issues with fertility are suspected
-If true infertility is too high, communicate with the breeder farm about male and female management.
-If the rate of early death before the blood ring stage is too high, evaluate conditions during storage and the transport of eggs-and ensure that the setter is bringing the eggs to incubation temperature rapidly and without interruption.
5)Advices for managing fertility: good breeding shows:
-Give special attention to development and uniformity in rearing: a good start in the first week, harmonic, steady growth, maintaining body weight stadards from the beginning of the chick’s life and especially at 11 weeks are essential.
-Synchronize the maturity of males and females. Many potential problems arise from differences in development between the sexes. Males tend to mature earlier and may behave too aggressively for successful breeding.
-Observe behavior in the poultry house in the afternoons-and be prepared to respond quickly. A good flock should remain active and well mixed at this time.
-Restrict water consumption at any age and take care of litter as a key factor in determining the house environment.Dry, loose litter and well feathered with healthy legs.Maintain feed to water ratio as 1:1.7-1-9 in rearing and 1:1.8-2.2 in the production period.Always ensure that the house is dry and warm.
-Avoid stress by limiting factors like diseases, drastic changes of housing conditions, feed composition or quantity, temperature and other basis parameter. Stick to routines.
-Stimulate mating by sprinkling grain on the litter in the afternoons. Let the males play the role of landlords, so they have the chance to show their leading position in the flock.
-Never keep too many males in the flock. Quantity cannot replace quality.It is better to keep fewer good cockerels than many of varying quality.
-If possible, replace old cockerels with new, mature males after 45 weeks of age. Alternatively, introduce intraspiking: the exchange of males between different houses. This creates a new social order that encourages increased activity and renewed fights for social position. Replace or exchange at least 40% of the males in a house.
5) Advices for care of the egg: from nest to farm store:
-Handle eggs with care at all times
-Avoid shocks and jolts in handling.Remember that not only is the shell fragile, but also that inside exists an equally fragile embryonic structure.
-Coolect eggs from manual litter nests at least 4 times/day
-Collect eggs from automatic roll away nests 2-3 times/day, ensuring that temperature on the eff transport belt is 18-22oC.
-maintain a temperature of 18-22oC in the egg collection room, to prevent eggs cooling down too quickly or warming up again.
-Maintain good nest hygiene at all times. Clse the nests during the night, and ensure that they are opened again before the start of egg production the next morning.
-Avoid floor eggs, which should not be incubated, by good management practice that starts from the rearing period.
-Allow sufficient airflow over the eggs after collection to ensure uniform cooling. This is best achieved by collecting eggs on setter trays.Eggs should never be packed in cardboard boxes before they have cooled down.
-Further avoid hari cracks by using well designed trays, without sharp edges, that adequately support the eggs. Don’t use slppy trays and avoid overstacking.
5)Advices for Hatching egg transport:
-Adjust vehicle temperature to that of the storage rooms of all supplying farms. The hatchery should play a coordinating role.
-Reduce the risk of sweating by reducing relative humidity in the vehicle.Providing transport time is not longer than 12-24 hours-the effect on the quality of hatching eggs is negligible.
-Avoid sudden temperature changes during loading and unloading. Connect the truck directly to the storage room whenever possible or consider using buggy bags-especially in situations of high air velocity and low air temperature. Always avoid direct sunshine and watch for unwanted condensation forming under these bags.
-Ensure a constant and uniform climate during egg transport.
-Always avoid unnecessary delays.
-Avoid shocks and jolts during loading and transport-use trucks with good suspension and trolleys with shock absorbing wheels. Maintain access roads to farms and hatchery in good condition.
-Adequately support eggs in well designed trays without sharp edges.Dont use sloppy trays and avoid overstacking.
-Always transport eggs small end down, to avoid loose air cells.
-Use temperature loggers during transport to record any temperature fluctuations.
-Take internal egg temperatures at different locations within each batch received at the hatchery, to check temperature conditions during transport.
-After transportation, rest the eggs for at least 12 hours before starting incubation. Immediate setting will increase early embryonic mortality.
-Clean and disinfect all transport equipment prior to any egg transport, to avoid pathogenic spread.
5)Advice for Impact of hairline cracked eggs on hatchability and chick performance:
-Don’t set hairline cracked eggs.
-Candle eggs samples from batches transported to the hatchery on a regular basis to evaluate the incidence of hairline cracked eggs.
-Record the number of eggs with hair line cracks.
-If the frequency of hairline cracked eggs is unsatisfactory, investigate and eliminated possible causes.
-Avoid the use of plastic trays with sharp edges for the transportation of eggs, as these are likely to be a major cause of hairline cracks.
5)Advices for storage of hatching eggs:
-Allow eggs to cool gradually, from the hen’s body temperature to between 18-25oC in 6-8 hours;don’t place them in storage(especially not if already placed on setter trays) too quickly after lay.
-Minimize the duration of storage to counter negative effects.
-Be aware that storage starts on the day of egg production, not necessarily the same as the date of receipt at the hatchery.
-Label each batch of eggs with its actual date of production.
-Maintain optimal climatic conditions during storage, taking the planned duration of storage into consideration.
-Consider having 2 separate storage rooms, each with specific climate conditions, if storage time is not constant.
-Store eggs small end up, starting on the first day of storage, if hatchery planning dictates that eggs must be stored more than 10 days. Alternatively, if eggs are stored on setter trays(blunt ends up), turn them 90o once daily.
-Choose the upper limit of recommended temperature ranges if there is a risk of sweating when eggs are removed from storage.Gradual warming in a preprocessing room at an intermediate temperature may be necessary.
-Position eggs in storage to avoid direct air flow from egg room coolers and or humidifiers and fufficiently removed from the heating system.
-Don’t place eggs directly against the wall or on the floor in the storage room.
-Allow extra incubation time for stoed eggs: on average one hour extra for each additional day after an initial storage period of three days.
5) Advice of the importance of preventing sweating eggs:
-If the risk of sweating is high, prewarm eggs gradually at least 6 hours prior to removing them from the egg storage room. This achieved by switching off the egg room cooler several hours before taking out the eggs. It is important to realize that not all eggs warm up at the same, uniform speed, especially with low air circulation and if stored on pulp trays and stacked closely together.
-Store at a higher temperature, combined with a shorter storage period.
-Connect the truck picking up the hatching eggs directly with the storage room to minimise any temperature differences from the outside environment.
-Ensure that the climate in the truck is the same as in the egg store.
-Maintain humidity below the levels indicated in the table.
-Prior to placement in the setter, place the filled setter trolleys at a room temperature of 25oC with good air circulation for several hours. This prewarming of the eggs before setting is particularly important when using multi stage incubation.
5)Advices for the effects of setting eggs small end up on hatchability and chick performance:
-Check each batch of eggs for the incidence of eggs placed small end up (upside down).
-Record the number of eggs placed upside down.
-If the frequency of eggs placed upside down is unsatisfactory-investigate and remedy the reasons for misplacement of the eggs.
-If the eggs are routinely set in setter trays at the breeding farm, communicate the benefits(profit) of good placement and place responsibility for ensuring that eggs are placed correctly with farm personnel. Breeder farm personnel should all be aware oof the fact that the hatchery loses 0.2% of sellable chicks for every 1% of fertile eggs placed small end up in a setter tray.
